Sylvia lived at Capitol Lakes for a decade before she passed away in 2020. According to her daughter, Jan, this is why she decided to join the Legacy Society:
Sylvia T. O'Neill lived at Capital Lakes Retirement Community from 2010 to 2020, some of the happiest years of her life. She joined the Legacy Society because the Capital Lakes community--staff and residents--were near and dear to her heart. Her life was dedicated to helping others and the Legacy Society was an important way she could show her gratitude for the community that she loved.
