The Impact of Tech Support: What Residents Are Saying

For many of us, technology can be frustrating. A forgotten password, a confusing update, or a device that suddenly won't cooperate can quickly turn into a stressful experience. Thanks to your support of the Capitol Lakes Foundation, residents don't have to face those challenges alone. Free weekly tech support continues to provide expert guidance, helping residents stay connected, confident, and independent.


The numbers tell one part of the story—75 residents have already used the service so far this fiscal year. The true impact, however, is best captured by the residents who use the service. They describe it as convenient, reassuring, and a valuable resource that helps them feel more confident navigating technology:
