During this time of social distancing, Your Capitol Lakes Foundation was excited to organize and host virtual discussion groups regarding “A Gentleman in Moscow” – a book the Foundation provided to all residents who requested a copy.
Last week we had 16 people participate in 3 small virtual book discussion groups. The response was positive:
“Thank you for the experience of reading A Gentleman in Moscow and providing the opportunity to discuss it with others”
"Thanks for arranging the book and Zoom.”
“Thanks for doing this…Nice distraction!”
“Thank you so much for organizing and guiding our book discussion”
Thanks to your support, your Capitol Lakes Foundation is able to continue offering books followed by virtual discussion groups while residents are mostly socially isolated. We have another round of discussion groups planned for late July around the book "Straight Man" by Richard Russo. Together, we are enhancing the living experience for all residents during the Covid-19 pandemic and beyond.
